My little angel’s 12 today. She’s the best thing that ever happened to a guy like me.

We’ve been through a lot this little girl and I. Almost lost our lives together in a high speed mishap a handful of years ago. And I know I take her life in my hands when I ride my bike with her, but it’s her favorite thing of all. How could I deny her the thrill of the ride?

You know it kind of sucks how one-sided notes on your car are. You can’t comment, apologize, or whatever. You just gotta take it. Quite a lesson in humility, I’ll say that.

I’m not sure either.

I’ve searched and still can’t find the precise reason for it. But it’s always puzzled me. Why’s it elongated like that?

I can only suppose it has something to do with the angle it’s viewed at. It doesn’t seem to be based on speed, because the standard is six feet in height.

But who determined the optimal amount of stretch needed for proper recognition by a driver? That’s what I want to know.

I have other questions of course, but let’s just start with that.
